Thank you for shopping at Stepnova. We want you to love every step you take in your new shoes. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Shoes must be tried on indoors on clean surfaces (no outdoor wear, dirt, or scuff marks)

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged shoes.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Worn or used shoes (showing signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage)

Shoes with missing tags, boxes, or accessories

Gift cards

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Customized or personalized shoes
Damaged or defective items are exempt from this policy – please contact us immediately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size or style shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for returns, as Stepnova is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hddtysezxx@outlook.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with exchanges! Please contact us at hddtysezxx@outlook.com to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for the original pair, and we will cover shipping for the new pair.
